First question, what if anything are you doing differently to get homes sold today in COVID, crazy world and is there a new trick or sales tactic that’s working especially well? The short answer is no, but the good answer is in today’s market, we have to make sure sellers follow protocols and make sure that we are showing houses in a proper factor but the rest of the things are mostly true methods we have used year after year. That is make sure that the home is ready to be sold and that there is no clutter, that it is clean, that everything works, and make sure it presents in the best possible fashion. Much access to the home as possible and most importantly make sure you price it right. Another thing that we do for a seller and help get them sold including right now. We have been doing virtual opens, something we have never done before and trying to get our sellers more exposure for marketing. Stay tuned to hear more.
