BBG will search MLS based on the criteria you provide to us and find the best properties to show you for lease & give you all information necessary to fill out application and rent home. OUR SERVICES ARE AT NO COST TO YOU! We are paid by the property owners.

 

Property Owners

 

As a courtesy to our clients, the following program is available:

• BBG will place property in MLS as a rental, post a sign in the yard if applicable, place lockbox on property, take phone calls & show the property.
• BBG will run applicant´s credit with signed authorization and payment of administrative deposit & provide the blank paperwork for the property owner & tenant to negotiate their own lease agreement together.
• Property owner understands that this program is available to all new and existing BBG clients for the fixed price of $500.00 to BBG, due immediately upon execution of a lease agreement between property owner and tenant.
• Property owner also understands that if in the event the tenant is procured from another broker as a result of the rental listing in MLS, property owner will also be responsible to pay an additional $300.00 fixed fee to the procuring broker that brings the tenant.

 

BBG is NOT a licensed property manager & it´s only function is to facilitate the tenant procurement process. BBG will NOT manage the property or receive rents on owner´s behalf.
